Are you passionate about providing top-notch IT support? We're looking for a skilled Service Desk Agent to join our team at GULP – experts united in Dortmund. As a key member of our IT team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and working closely with our clients to ensure their IT needs are met.

Your Responsibilities

  • Qualified telephone acceptance of inquiries and fault reports from customers (inbound)
  • Finding solutions in the first contact with the customer using existing descriptions
  • Forwarding inquiries and fault reports to the IT experts in 2nd level support

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed training in the IT environment, e.g. as an IT specialist, career starters with a strong affinity for IT are very welcome
  • IT affinity and good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Service and customer orientation
  • Very precise, systematic and absolutely reliable way of working
  • Open, friendly and courteous manner as well as a motivated personality
