Position: Claims Consultant (m/w/d) Industrieversicherungen Engineering

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Als direkte:r Ansprechpartner:in berätst und begleitest Du unsere Kunden aus der Industrie bei anspruchsvollen Schadenfällen (Großschaden / komplexen Schaden/ Ausnahmeschaden) insbesondere im Bereich Engineering
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die strategische und proaktive Verhandlung und Regulierung, das Krisenmanagement, die Minimierung des Schadens und die vertragskonforme Schadenregulierung
  • Zusammenstellung der TaskForce für den jeweiligen Schadenfall, Koordination und Kommunikation mit allen Beteiligten
  • Organisation und Begleiten von Schadenbesichtigungen im In- und Ausland und Prüfung von Gutachten und Stellungnahmen
  • Einarbeitung neuer Kolleg:innen als Mentor:in und Coach zwecks fachlicher Weiterentwicklung im Bereich Schaden
  • Korrespondenz mit Versicherern – national und international
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen im gesamten Marsh-Netzwerk im In- und Ausland

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium gerne mit einem Schwerpunkt im Ingenieurswesen und / oder Versicherungen
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Tätigkeitsbereich
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und überzeugendes Auftreten
