Renal Dietitian

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team. As a Renal Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing nutritional services to our patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Your expertise will help maximize patient outcomes and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient knowledge of diet and kidney disease, and provide education tailored to their learning needs.
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans to address patient-specific needs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in renal nutrition.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical nutrition, preferably in renal care.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
