About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Global Process Owner to join our team at Knauf. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of global content initiatives across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Content Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive content plans to drive business growth and engagement across our global markets.
  • Manage Content Operations: Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of high-quality content across our digital channels, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and local champions, to identify and prioritize content initiatives that drive business results.
  • Drive Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize our content management processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure that our teams have the skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage and maintain our content.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, project management, business, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in content management and digital marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in working with content management systems (CMS), project management tools, and Jira.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team.
