Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Manager IAM, der unsere Kunden bei der Gestaltung ihrer Identitäts- und Zugriffsmanagement-Strategien unterstützt.

Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung von IAM-Strategien und -Roadmaps zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsziele unserer Kunden
  • Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von IAM-Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung von Best Practices und Compliance-Anforderungen
  • Analyse von IAM-Anforderungen und Entwicklung von maßgeschneiderten Lösungen zur Erfüllung der geschäftlichen Anforderungen unserer Kunden
  • Führung von IAM-Projekten, einschließlich Planung, Ressourcenmanagement und Budgetverantwortung
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von IAM-Sicherheitsrichtlinien und -verfahren zur Gewährleistung der Datensicherheit und des Datenschutzes
  • Durchführung von IAM-Audits und -Reviews zur Identifizierung von Schwachstellen und zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Sicherheitspraktiken
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium und mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Bereich Identity Access Management (IAM)
  • Leidenschaft für das Thema IT-Sicherheit und Interesse an aktuellen Entwicklungen in der Branche sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von IAM-Projekten und interdisziplinären Teams, der Integration von IAM Lösungen mit Unternehmensanwendungen und -systemen, vorzugsweise auch in Cloud-Umgebungen wie Azure, AWS oder Google Cloud
  • Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich aus durch analytische Fähigkeiten, Flexibilität für ändernde Anforderungen und die Fähigkeit, effektiv unter Druck zu arbeiten
