About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Specialist to join our team at Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft. As an Internal Audit Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits and evaluations of our business processes and internal controls to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and to implement control enhancements.
- Provide recommendations to management on process improvements and control enhancements.
- Lead ad-hoc projects and represent the Internal Audit team in committees and forums.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with MS Office, AWARE, GFMS, and/or similar tools.
- Certifications such as CIA, CISA, or equivalent qualification in auditing, project management, or process/quality management.
- Fluent English language skills, both verbally and in writing.
