Internal Audit Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Audit Specialist to join our team at Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft. As an Internal Audit Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement audit methodologies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify control weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit findings and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in internal audit and risk management.
Requirements
- Master's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with MS Office, AWARE, GFMS, and other audit and risk management tools.
- Certifications such as CIA, CISA, or equivalent in auditing, project management, or process/quality management.
- Fluent English language skills, both verbally and in writing.
