SAP Labs Berlin Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our SAP Labs Berlin team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maximizing SAP's visibility within the customer engagement of Berlin, supporting customer meetings and operational support of the Experience Center Berlin.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end logistics as a briefing consultant to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
- Provide high-level SAP story as part of the welcome experience, showcasing the company's innovative solutions and services.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations to customers and partners, highlighting the benefits of SAP's products and services.
- Organize and execute customer and partner events with 50+ participants, ensuring a successful and memorable experience.
- Collaborate with the GRF & IT teams to manage operational processes and tasks, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
- Fulfill other tasks as assigned by the team, contributing to the overall success of the Experience Center Berlin.
- You are an enrolled student in the advanced phase of a bachelor's degree program, or in a master's degree program with a focus on project management, communication, business administration, or management.
- You have gained first practical experiences, preferably in sales and pre-sales roles, operations, project management, and event management.
- You are fluent in German and English, with the ability to hold presentations in front of customers.
- You can break down complex problems and confidently manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Internship period: 6 months, full-time availability starting November 2024.
