IT Risk Management Specialist

Join Eurex Clearing AG as an IT Business Analyst and contribute to the development and maintenance of our internal control system and risk management systems. As a key member of the Risk Tools and Analytics team, you will shape the way group risk management uses software solutions to implement state-of-the-art ICS and risk management.
Your Responsibilities:- Deliver material improvements to risk management systems and processes, coordinating with stakeholders and collaborating with business and IT teams across Deutsche Börse Group.
- Contribute to gathering, analysing, and assessing business and system requirements, designing solutions within our risk management applications, and preparing prototypes following software development standards.
- Support development, testing, and maintenance of risk models and RITA application, including interfaces, and perform thorough quality assurance of delivered changes.
- Perform complex data analysis and data visualisation tasks, preparing reports for internal and external audiences using Qlik Sense.
- Identify and specify areas to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and automation of risk management processes.
- University degree in computer science or a related field.
- Previous experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) or software development, preferably in the financial markets domain.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and hands-on experience with writing SQL queries in PostgreSQL.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to produce clear graphical representations and data visualisations, preferably experienced with Python, Qlik Sense, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Previous experience in software project management and knowledge of related methodology and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; French/German language skills will be an asset.
