About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Cyber Security Lead to join our team at SWARCO. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and mitigating cyber security risks across our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security strategies to protect our IT systems and data
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cyber security best practices are integrated into our development processes
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to ensure our security measures remain effective
- Provide expert guidance and support to our IT teams on cyber security matters
Requirements
- Completed studies in computer science, mathematics, or natural sciences with an IT focus or comparable qualification
- Professional experience with management responsibility in the area of cyber security
- Knowledge and experience with common guidelines such as NIS2, ENISA, BSI recommendations, ISO 27001
- Knowledge and experience with tools for SIEM and SOAR
- Knowledge of methods of the Secure Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Hands-on mentality
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Assertiveness and negotiation skills
- Structured way of working and analytical skills
