Job Title: Credit Risk Management Team Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Credit Risk Management Team Lead to join our team at DöhlerGroup. As a key member of our Credit Risk Management team, you will be responsible for managing and controlling customer payment behavior, defining customer-specific credit limits, and collaborating with the legal department on lawsuits, debt collection, and insolvency cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control customer payment behavior
- Define customer-specific credit limits
- Collaborate with the legal department on lawsuits, debt collection, and insolvency cases
- Manage the cooperation with trade credit insurers and external service providers
- Drive the further optimization of cash flow from receivables and the reduction of critical items
- Develop processes and systems as well as receivable reporting
Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience in receivables management/finance/controlling in an industrial environment
- Successful completion of studies in business administration with a focus on controlling/accounting/finance
- Familiarity with SAP ERP-Systems and common MS Office applications
- Experience as an experienced, pro-active, and communicative leader with assertiveness and a strong hands-on mentality
- Working languages: German and English
