Job Title: Team Lead - Global Services and Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead to drive the growth and development of our Global Services and Solutions business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sustainable, profitable roadmap to drive business and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the business strategy for the Global Services and Solutions business, including product portfolio, business development, supply chain, pricing, innovation, and growth initiatives.
  • Define a sustainable, profitable roadmap to drive business and revenue growth in line with customer requirements, while ensuring alignment with DöhlerGroup's business values.
  • Lead and develop a team of product managers to drive innovation and growth.
  • Drive innovation projects and pipelines through to commercialization.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to drive business growth.
  • Support customer visits with the sales team and represent the company in public appearances.
  • Communicate portfolio updates and ensure in-house training to foster a deeper understanding of the product portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Successful managerial track record in a similar international matrix organization focused on B2B Food & Beverage markets.
  • Degree in food technology, general business administration, or a comparable subject area.
  • Proven technological knowledge with a strong commercial drive, ideally experience in project management at a bottling plant.
  • Proven track record creating and executing product roadmaps incrementally and sustainably.
  • Strong customer mindset with demonstrated ability to engage directly and honestly with customers and deliver positive experiences.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and drive business objectives while maintaining company and people values.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking skills, capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, manage change, and multiple priorities in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
  • Willingness to travel globally.
  • Fluent Business English required, with German or other additional languages highly beneficial.
