Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support by handling inquiries via phone and email, serving as the initial point of contact for our service department.
  • Accurately record and process service requests within our CRM system, ensuring efficient workflow management.
  • Offer technical and commercial guidance to customers over the phone, resolving their queries effectively.
  • Collaborate with service technicians by planning and coordinating their schedules through our internal software.
  • Contribute to administrative tasks, supporting the smooth operation of the team.

Your Skills

  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork, ensuring reliable performance within the department.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ideally, have a foundational understanding of technical and commercial aspects related to our industry.
  • Exhibit fluency in German language, both written and spoken.
  • Maintain flexible availability during weekdays between 7 am - 9 pm to accommodate customer needs.
  • Currently enrolled as a student pursuing your academic goals.
