Freudenberg Internship: Industrial Logistics and Supply Chain Management

Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Freudenberg
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized working student to join our logistics and supply chain team at Freudenberg. As a working student, you will be responsible for supporting our logistics and supply chain processes, including project management, warehouse management, and supplier management.
Responsibilities:
- Main projects such as AGV potential analysis or material flow optimization and determination of the need for industrial trucks within the material flow
- Maintenance of warehouse master data (areas/storage locations and types)
- Creation of supplier and customer packing instructions and determination records for empties handling (checking delivery plans and attachment of PVs)
- Support in material supply planning for assembly plants
- Support with monthly evaluations and deriving measures
- Participation in logistical optimization projects/workshops
- Support in the creation and training of process descriptions
- Overview and control of container management in collaboration with the storage service provider
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in commercial studies for at least 1 year, e.g. Business administration, industrial engineering and comparable
- Knowledge in automotive business, as well as logistics processes
- Experienced in MS Office, SAP R/3 skills are advantageous
- Very good German and English language skills, further languages are desirable
- Strength in analytical thinking as well as in organizing and prioritizing work
- Eager to improve, assertiveness
- Contact and communications skills, customer-oriented behavior
