Staff Engineer Analog Verification Software Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer to join our Analog Verification Software team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing methods to improve the effectiveness and quality of IC product development and verification.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tools and methodologies to improve the effectiveness and quality of IC product development and verification.
- Coordinate closely with internal customers and EDA vendors to ensure requirements are met.
- Evaluate and improve tools and methodology based on defined requirements.
- Proactively suggest improvements and coordinate details with users.
- Integrate adapted or new tools and methodology into existing design flows.
- Write necessary specifications and documentation throughout the project.
- Perform trainings for users.
Requirements
- Completed technical studies in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar, and 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Very good knowledge of object-oriented software development and scripting languages.
- Agile software development methods and knowledge of GUI development frameworks and testing frameworks.
- Good knowledge of EDA tools and simulation of analog/mixed-signal circuits.
- Fluent English skills and presentation and negotiation skills.
