Vestas is seeking a highly skilled Offshore Sales Quality Specialist to join our Sales Quality team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality standards throughout the entire sales process for global offshore projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the offshore contracting team in delivering and negotiating customer quality requirements, ensuring seamless communication between global quality and offshore sales teams.
- Provide input on updates of Vestas' global quality and contractual-related governance policies, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate quality risks early in the sales phase, providing awareness to the sales organization and proposing actions to minimize impact across the value chain.
- Develop and deploy global-level sales quality strategies within functions and across regions, driving quality excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the delivery of customer quality requirements, providing relevant training to stakeholders on Vestas' quality and contractual-related governance policies.
- Support the continuous improvement of Net Promoter Score, fostering a culture of quality and customer-centricity.
- Facilitate alignment, standardization, implementation, and continuous improvement of sales quality processes and procedures, ensuring consistency across regions.
- Lead or support the global and regional organization in planning and hosting internal and customer audits and assessments, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Management, Sales, and handling quality within large, complex projects in a global project organization, preferably in the Offshore wind industry.
- Good knowledge of ISO 1:5 and related quality standards, including wind industry standards (i.e., IEC, BSH).
- Formal Quality Management training and certification.
- Fluent in English, with other languages beneficial.
- Willingness to travel.
