Job Overview:

As a **Global Mobility Tax Consultant**, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the tax and human resources divisions. Your expertise will be essential in guiding HR teams and expatriate personnel through the complexities of international taxation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary contact point between the tax and HR departments.
  • Offer expert advice to HR and expatriate employees regarding the nuances of double taxation treaties.
  • Prepare and file income tax returns, assess tax obligations, and manage tax equalization and allocation computations.
  • Assist in payroll operations related to international assignments.
  • Engage in assignment planning for clients from the initial stages.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in economics or law with a specialization in taxation.
  • Relevant experience in tax consulting, gained through internships or prior roles.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with proficiency in both German and English.
