Legal Counsel East Europe

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team in East Europe. As a key member of our global legal department, you will provide legal advice and support to our regional and local management teams.
Responsibilities:- Provide legal advice and support on all matters related to transport and logistics law in the Eastern European region.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts.
- Support the business units with corporate law matters.
- Manage external legal advisors.
- Participate in cross-divisional projects.
- At least 3 years of experience in a large law firm, a law firm specializing in transport and logistics law, or a comparable in-house environment.
- Experience in transport and logistics law.
- Fully qualified lawyer.
- Excellent communication skills and confident appearance.
- Independent and structured way of working.
- Willingness to travel.
- Business fluent in English, knowledge of Eastern European languages an advantage.
