Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Strategic Marketing Planning process, resulting in the selection of Sources of Business, identification of Target Audiences, and development of Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Establish, align, and manage the Marketing Calendar.
  • Focus the marketing strategy through comprehensive, data-driven market analysis, and be accountable for creating distinctive propositions across various European markets that align with the company's vision and strategy.
  • Evaluate potential market and product gaps within the company's existing and new offerings.
  • Identify opportunities through interviews, data analysis, competitive assessments, and market evaluations, translating these insights into actionable initiatives.
  • Utilize methodologies such as Service Design and Value Proposition Canvas.
  • Initiate pilot projects with a continuous cycle of learning and improvement.
  • Propose innovative ideas and actively engage others in your strategic plans.
  • Promote value proposition thinking throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role.
  • In-depth knowledge of value proposition development concepts.
  • Expertise in Marketing Strategy Flow, including Market Insight, Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present key market and competitor insights to the management team.
  • Driven to introduce and lead proposition thinking within tado°.
  • Creative aptitude for developing customer-centric and appealing propositions, coupled with analytical skills to evaluate and test the business case behind these propositions.
  • A value-driven and experimental mindset.
  • Experience in a recurring revenue business model is advantageous (e.g., insurance, telecommunications, or energy sectors).
