Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Strategic Marketing Planning process, resulting in the selection of Sources of Business, identification of Target Audiences, and development of Go-to-Market strategies.
- Establish, align, and manage the Marketing Calendar.
- Focus the marketing strategy through comprehensive, data-driven market analysis, and be accountable for creating distinctive propositions across various European markets that align with the company's vision and strategy.
- Evaluate potential market and product gaps within the company's existing and new offerings.
- Identify opportunities through interviews, data analysis, competitive assessments, and market evaluations, translating these insights into actionable initiatives.
- Utilize methodologies such as Service Design and Value Proposition Canvas.
- Initiate pilot projects with a continuous cycle of learning and improvement.
- Propose innovative ideas and actively engage others in your strategic plans.
- Promote value proposition thinking throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business or Marketing.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role.
- In-depth knowledge of value proposition development concepts.
- Expertise in Marketing Strategy Flow, including Market Insight, Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present key market and competitor insights to the management team.
- Driven to introduce and lead proposition thinking within tado°.
- Creative aptitude for developing customer-centric and appealing propositions, coupled with analytical skills to evaluate and test the business case behind these propositions.
- A value-driven and experimental mindset.
- Experience in a recurring revenue business model is advantageous (e.g., insurance, telecommunications, or energy sectors).
