Product Development Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Development Team Lead to support our product development teams in their agile processes and teambuilding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding one or more development teams in their agile journey, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain and promote Agile development values, principles, and best practices within the team.
  • Conduct and improve all activities related to Scrum, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Act as a mediator and conflict manager between different roles, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Establish and maintain the flow of information between the product owner and project team, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Protect and improve team efficiency and velocity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Constantly optimize processes, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Experience in product development projects, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Fluent English and German (business level), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High proactivity, self-dependence, and flexibility, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stress resistance, quick comprehension, and focus on defined goals, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to multi-task, with a well-organized and structured way of working.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies and SAFe certification are beneficial.
  • Coaching skills are beneficial, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
