Wir suchen einen deutschsprachigen Hotel Financial Controller (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unserer Häuser in Frankfurt und Hamburg.

Aufgaben
  • Finanzielle Planung und Steuerung der Hotelaktivitäten
  • Überwachung der Finanzen und der Erfüllung der Budgetziele
  • Erstellung von Finanzberichten und -analysen
  • Koordinierung der Finanzprozesse und -abläufe
  • Unterstützung der operativen Manager der beiden Häuser
  • Erstellung von GuVs und Bilanzen für die Hotels
  • Berichterstattung unter Einhaltung der IFRS und der deutschen regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Monatliche Bilanzabstimmung und Vorbereitung der Prüfungsunterlagen
  • Analyse und Interpretation der monatlichen Ergebnisse und der wichtigsten Leistungsindikatoren
Qualifikation
  • Persönliche, positive und dynamische Persönlichkeit
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrungen in diesem Bereich
  • Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis und Spaß daran in diesen Zusammenhängen analytisch zu arbeiten
