Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Roding suchen wir:

Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kontaktperson für den Kunden und das Servicepersonal
  • Unterstützung bei technischen Problemen und produktspezifischen Anfragen
  • Planung der Zuweisung der Service-Techniker
  • Uöbernahme der Ersatzteileverwaltung
  • Koordination mit den Fachabteilungen
  • Beobachtung des Marktes, Ermittlung der Nachfrage und Verkauf von aktiven Serviceprodukten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem After-Sales-Service und dem Vertriebsabteilung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abschluss eines technischen Ausbildungsberufs in den Bereichen Elektronik, Mechatronik, Mechanik oder einem vergleichbaren Fach
  • Berufserfahrung als Service-Mitarbeiter oder Montage-Techniker
  • Technische Affinität und Ihre sichere Instinkt bei der Kundenbehandlung
  • Bereitschaft zur 24/7-Schicht
  • Kenntnisse von SAP sowie MS Office wúren ein Vorteil
  • Gute schriftliche und mündliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und starke Kommunikationsföhigkeiten
  • Unabhängige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
  • Hoher technischer Verständnis
