Tender and Pricing Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Tender and Pricing Analyst to join our team at MCC Label. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing our tender processes, ensuring in-depth analysis and review is undertaken prior, during and after completion to ensure our future processes and approaches to tenders and pricing are appropriate and fit-for purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- Tender management: processing of complex tender documents in accordance with the tendering conditions for our EMEA region.
- Preparation of data.
- Timely request and updating of internal and external information and analyses.
- Identification of unclarities in tenders, formulation of bidder enquiries and coordination with legal departments.
- System maintenance: conditions, contract, and master data management.
- Performance review and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International business, Controlling, Finance or a comparable field of study.
- Prior experience in processing tenders is an advantage.
- Solid analytical skills combined with an affinity for numbers.
- Resilience, flexibility, and organizational skills.
- Independence, structure, and a responsible approach to work.
- Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office skills, including advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in both German and English.
