We are seeking to appoint a Tender and Pricing Analyst to manage our tender processes, ensuring in-depth analysis and review is undertaken prior, during and after completion to ensure our future processes and approaches to tenders and pricing are appropriate and fit-for purpose.
The Role
In this demanding but crucialrole, you will:
Tender management: processing of complex tender documents in accordance with the tendering conditions for our EMEA region. Preparation of data. Timely request and updating of internal and external information and analyses. Identification of unclarities in tenders, formulation of bidder enquiries and coordination ith legal departments. System maintenance: conditions, contract, and master data management. Performance review and reporting.The Person
To succeed in this role you will:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in International business, Controlling, Finance or a comparable field of study. Have an advantage if you have prior experience in processing tenders. Have solid analytical skills combined with an affinity for numbers. Show resilience, flexibility, and organizational skills. Be independent, structured, and take a responsible approach of working. Have strong team spirit and excellent communication skills. Have strong working knowledge of MS Office skills, including advanced Excel skills. Be fluent in both German and English.Why Multi-Color?
