- Demonstrated experience in talent development and retention strategies.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
- In-depth understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
- Profound knowledge of executive selling and presentation techniques at C-level, both internal and external.
- International experience, intercultural sensitivity, and the ability to collaborate with teams and partners worldwide.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- With more than 12 years of comprehensive experience in human resources and talent management.
- Location: This position is based at the global headquarters of Rhenus Logistics in Hilden, NRW, with the potential for international travel.
