Wir suchen eine erfahrene Führungskraft für unser Talent Acquisition Team, die sich auf die strategische Rekrutierung von Fachkräften spezialisiert hat. Als Teamlead Talent Acquisition werden Sie Teil unseres internationalen Netzwerks und werden sich auf die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Rekrutierungsstrategien konzentrieren, die die langfristigen Ziele von ENGIE unterstützen.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Leitung und Entwicklung Ihres Teams, indem Sie eine inspirierende Arbeitsumgebung schaffen und Mitarbeitende in ihrer persönlichen und beruflichen Entwicklung fördern.
  • Arbeiten mit den Geschäftsbereichsleitungen und dem HR-Team zusammen, um Rekrutierungsstrategien zu entwickeln, die die langfristigen Ziele des Unternehmens unterstützen und die Bedürfnisse unserer Matrix-Organisation berücksichtigen.
  • Austausch mit internen Ansprechpartnern wie Führungskräften, Abteilungsleitenden und HR-Kolleg:innen, um die Rekrutierungsbedürfnisse zu verstehen, Erwartungen zu managen und eine effektive Zusammenarbeit sicherzustellen.
  • Erstellung regelmäßiger Berichte über Rekrutierungsaktivitäten, KPIs und Trends, um Einblicke zu gewinnen, Fortschritte zu verfolgen und bei Bedarf Anpassungen vorzunehmen.
  • Teilnahme am internationalen Talent Acquisition Netzwerk, um Best Practices auszutauschen und unsere Rekrutierungsstrategien kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Ihr Profil

  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Rekrutierung und im Talentmanagement, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld und/oder einer Matrix-Organisation.
  • Starke Führungsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, Teams in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu motivieren und zu entwickeln.
  • Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um erfolgreich mit verschiedenen internen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten.
  • Strategisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, langfristige Rekrutierungsziele zu planen und zu erreichen, unter Berücksichtigung der komplexen Strukturen einer Matrix-Organisation.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
