Deine Aufgaben

Als Senior Data Manager bei Alexander Thamm GmbH bist du verantwortlich für die strategische Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Ressourcen- und Projektmanagement-Prozessen. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Betreuung des strategischen Ressourcenmanagements
  • Proaktive Koordination der übergreifenden Ressourcen-Einsatzplanung und des Auslastungsmanagements
  • Mitwirkung bei der Bearbeitung von Profil-Anfragen für Ausschreibungen
  • Enge Abstimmung und Planung der Ressourcen- und Projektbedarfe mit den zuständigen Fachbereichen
  • Betreuung des neu implementierten unternehmensweiten Ressourcenmanagementsystems
  • Unterstützung bei der Erweiterung des Skill-Management-Katalogs sowie die Pflege von Mitarbeiterprofilen
  • Optimierung der Datenqualität in unseren Systemen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Gestaltung, Ausarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse des Staffing Teams
  • Erstellung regelmäßiger Analysen und Reports zum Status und der Entwicklung aktueller Staffing-Bedarfe und angefragter Skillprofile auf dem Markt
  • Kontrolle der wirtschaftlichen Aspekte rund um Umsätze, Margen und Preise
Dein Profil

Um erfolgreich in dieser Rolle zu sein, benötigst du:

  • Erfolgreich absolviertes Studium im Personalwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Staffing-Management/Ressourcen Management in einer Beratungs- und Dienstleistungsumgebung
  • Starkes Verständnis der Dynamik von Beratungsprojekten und Ressourcenmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Erweiterung des Skill Management Katalogs sowie der Pflege von Mitarbeiterprofilen
  • Sehr gute Organisationsstärke in Verbindung mit Kundenorientierung und Beratungskompetenz
  • Hohe Flexibilität, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Einsatzbereitschaft und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie souveränes und freundliches Auftreten
  • Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit sehr guten Deutsch- und guten Englischkenntnissen
  • Kenntnisse in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Tools von Vorteil: Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, Personio, Qlik View, PowerBI, Retain
