Position: Senior Product Manager Data
Job Description:
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Product Manager Data, der unsere Teams im Datenbereich unterstützt. Wenn du eine Leidenschaft für Product Management im Data-Bereich hast und gerne in einem innovativen Unternehmen arbeitest, dann bist du bei uns richtig.
Aufgaben:
- End-to-End-Verantwortung für das Produktmanagement im Bereich Data Product, inklusive Data Platform, Technologie, Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics und Data Science
- Leitung strategischer Entwicklungsprojekte mit hoher Komplexität, großem Risiko und ausgeprägter Volatilität
- Proaktive Weiterentwicklung bestehender Datenprodukte, sowie Neuentwicklung innovativer Lösungen priorisiert anhand des Geschäftsmodells und Mehrwert für das Unternehmen
- Definition von Prototypen, Vorgabe der Prioritäten des Produkt Backlogs und strategische Reduzierung des Umfangs, um in kurzen Feedbackzyklen die festgelegten KPIs zu erreichen
- Steuerung interner, sowie externer Teams in Bezug auf Inhalt, Priorisierung und Abhängigkeiten zwischen den Geschäftsbereichen
- Funktionsübergreifende Steuerung verschiedener Interessensgruppen mit dem Ziel bestmögliche Entscheidungen für das Business zu treffen, die über einen Kompromiss hinausgehen
- Stakeholdermanagement bei Abhängigkeiten mit anderen Produkten, Diensten und Prozessen
- Sicherstellen, dass die Lösungen zur bestehenden und zukünftigen Architektur passen
- Übersetzung der Geschäftsprozesse in technische Sprache, sowie Erläuterung komplexer technischer Lösungen auf verständliche Art und Weise für Business Stakeholder
- Coaching und Weiterbildung innerhalb des Produktteams, Prozessdefinition und -optimierung mit dem Ziel Hypothesenvalidierung kontinuierlich zu beschleunigen
- Entwicklung einer Vision und eines Implementierungsplans für neue Datenprodukte in Abstimmung mit anderen Produktteams und dem Head of Data Intelligence
- Dienstleisterkoordination, inklusive Angebotsphase und Abwicklung
- Weitere Aufgaben je nach Anforderung
Führungsverantwortung:
- Fachliche Führung interner und externer cross-funktionaler Data Teams mit Experten aus Data Engineering, Solution Architecture, Data Science, Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics
Requirements:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in einem funktionsübergreifenden, agilen Unternehmen, idealerweise im Datenumfeld
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Steuerung von cross-funktionalen und KPI-getriebenen Produktentwicklungsteams
- Nachweislich erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit Business Stakeholdern – wird von Key-Stakeholdern (inkl. Direktor-Level) als Diskussionspartner auf Augenhöhe angesehen
- Nachweislich erfolgreiche Steuerung und Motivation von Teams mit pragmatischer Herangehensweise und Can-do-Mentalität
- Offenheit für unkonventionelles Denken, schnelle Veränderung und innovative Themen
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus
