BIM Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced BIM Project Manager to join our Project Management Team in Berlin. As a BIM Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of BIM experts in delivering high-profile projects in the building and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement BIM project management strategies in collaboration with our BIM team leadership and global BIM team.
- Develop and maintain standards, tools, and methods for BIM project management and coordination.
- Take on operational project leadership as a BIM Manager and acquire new BIM projects from existing and new clients.
- Provide BIM consulting services to our clients, including BIM methodology and goal setting.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Architecture, Building Management, Civil Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Proven experience in project management and BIM implementation.
- First-hand experience in managing BIM projects as a BIM Manager or BIM Coordinator.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Excellent German language skills (C1 level) are mandatory for this position.
