Job Title: Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager

Location: Berlin

Role Description:

  • Develop a BIM project management strategy in collaboration with our BIM team leaders to drive business growth and improve project outcomes.
  • Enhance our standards, tools, and methods for BIM project control and management to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Lead projects as a BIM Manager and acquire new BIM projects to expand our portfolio and client base.
  • Advise clients on BIM methods and goals to help them achieve their objectives and improve their project delivery.
  • Participate in industry events and seminars to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in BIM.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Experience in planning and project management, with a focus on BIM project management or coordination.
  • Strong consultation skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent German language skills (C1 level).
