About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to join our team at ZEISS Group. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for coordinating project advances, supervising timeline and milestone achievement, and preparing Steering Committee and Finance Community updates on the project's progress.

About the Responsibilities

  • Analyze and classify proposed models and framework requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Accompany and document technical discussions, benchmarks, and best-practices to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Support Project Manager and Workstreams interaction, as well as gather Finance community around the project to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Coordinate project advances, including timeline and milestone achievement, to ensure timely completion.
  • Supervise timeline and milestone achievement to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Prepare Steering Committee and Finance Community updates on the project's progress to ensure transparency and accountability.

About the Requirements

  • Interest in Digital Transformation topics, with a strong motivation and drive for results.
  • Project Management and Intercultural competence to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-organized and collaborative way of working, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good command of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, to effectively communicate project updates and progress.
  • Very good English and German language skills (orally and in writing) to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
