Digital Transformation Project Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Steinbeis Student Junior Project Manager Agency Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and classifying proposed models and framework requirements, accompanying and documenting technical discussions, benchmarks, and best practices, and supporting project managers and workstreams interaction.
About the Responsibilities
- Analyze and classify proposed models and framework requirements to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Accompany and document technical discussions, benchmarks, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and improvement.
- Support project managers and workstreams interaction to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Coordinate project advances to ensure timely completion and delivery.
- Supervise timeline and milestone achievement to ensure project success.
- Prepare Steering Committee and Finance Community updates on the project's progress to ensure transparency and accountability.
About the Requirements
- Interest in Digital Transformation topics, inner motivation, and drive for results.
- Project Management and Intercultural competence to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Self-organized and collaborative way of working to ensure adaptability and flexibility.
- Good command of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, to ensure effective presentation and communication.
- Very good English and German language skills (orally and in writing) to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
