About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechatronician / International Service Technician for Refrigeration and Heat Pumps to join our team at ENGIE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and services to our international clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and services to our international clients, including installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and heat pump systems.
  • Conduct site visits to assess and diagnose technical issues, and provide solutions to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to develop and implement new technologies and solutions for refrigeration and heat pump systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in refrigeration and heat pump technology.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in refrigeration and heat pump technology, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent technical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel internationally, with a valid passport and any necessary visas.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
