About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at evosoft GmbH in Nuremberg. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering international IT projects to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage international IT projects from start to finish
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our customers and provide expert guidance and support
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements and expectations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the software and IT industry
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
