Wir suchen einen Business Controller (m/w/d) im Bereich Automotive, der unsere Teams in Nürnberg unterstützt.

Die Rolle wird an unserem Standort in Nürnberg angesiedelt sein, erfordert aber gelegentliche Reisen zu unserem Standort in Flensburg.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Business Controller wirst du die finanzielle Entwicklung steuern, kontrollieren und analysieren sowie finanzielle Risiken für eine Produktgruppe unserer Business Unit (BU) Automotive bewerten.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Durchführung von Geschäftsanalysen und Nachverfolgung von Umsatz, Kosten und Rentabilität für die jeweilige Produktgruppe
  • Genaue Verfolgung der Produktkostenentwicklung während des Produktionshochlaufs und Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen zusammen mit den relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Beschaffungs-, Produktions- und Vertriebsteams zur Verbesserung der Ergebnisse, zum Verständnis von Lücken sowie zur Unterstützung bei der Schließung dieser Lücken
  • Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Abteilungen bei der Vorbereitung, Pflege und Überwachung von Business Cases für die Produktgruppe
  • Verantwortung für die jährliche Aktualisierung der strategischen Finanzplanung für die Produktgruppe
  • Erstellung des Jahresbudgets und der periodischen Forecasts für die Produktgruppe, einschließlich der Überprüfung, Bewertung und Modellierung zukünftiger Geschäftsinitiativen

Dein Profil

Wir suchen nach einem kandidaten mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Studium im Bereich Finance, Accounting, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbarer Studienrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Leidenschaft und Begeisterung für end-to-end business ownership im Automotive-Umfeld
  • Strukturierte, proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Serviceorientierung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel, SAP und Business Warehouse (. HFM) sind ein Plus
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
