About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Controller to join our team in Nuremberg, Germany. As a Business Controller, you will play a key role in supporting our team's financial development, control, and analysis, as well as evaluating financial risks for our Automotive business unit.

About the Job

  • Conduct business analyses and track revenue, costs, and profitability for the respective product group
  • Monitor product cost development during the production ramp-up and initiate corrective measures with relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with our procurement, production, and sales teams to improve results, identify gaps, and support closing these gaps
  • Work with relevant departments to prepare, maintain, and monitor business cases for the product group
  • Be responsible for updating the strategic financial plan for the product group annually
  • Develop the annual budget and periodic forecasts for the product group, including reviewing, evaluating, and modeling future business initiatives

About You

  • Completed degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in a similar function
  • Passion and enthusiasm for end-to-end business ownership in the Automotive sector
  • Structured, proactive, and independent working style, as well as a service-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, SAP, and Business Warehouse (.HFM) is a plus
  • Fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking
