Global Contract Process and Risk Manager
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join Siemens Energy as a Global Contract Process and Risk Manager, where you will play a key role in shaping the company's contract management strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive contract risk management framework to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize contractual risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and legal, to drive process optimization and alignment.
- Manage and support the implementation of contract management software and systems, including SAP Ariba and DocuSign.
- Provide expert knowledge and guidance on contract risk management, including the development of standard contract templates and local legal requirements analysis.
- Work closely with partners to support process optimization and ensure seamless integration with various functions, such as governance, quality, and HSE.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Law, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Long-standing professional experience in contracts management, including terms and conditions drafting, negotiation, risk assessment, and contractual mitigation.
- Subject matter expertise in contract, legal, and risk management, as well as strong knowledge of procurement and commercial functions.
- Ability to positively interact with different partners, including senior management and leadership, working in different fields and cultures.
- Strong teamwork skills and work time flexibility to interact with offices around the globe.
- Strong proficiency in English required, German or other languages are a plus.
