Global Contract Process and Risk Manager
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join Siemens Energy as a Global Contract Process and Risk Manager, where you will play a key role in shaping the company's contract management strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive contract management framework to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and legal, to drive process improvements and optimize contract management.
- Provide expert guidance on contract risk management, including risk assessment, mitigation, and transfer.
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement contract management standards, guidelines, and training programs.
- Manage and support contract management in Ariba, providing standards, guidance, training, and support to the procurement organization and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Law, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Long-standing professional experience in contract management, with a strong background in contract drafting, negotiation, risk assessment, and mitigation.
- Subject matter expertise in contract, legal, and risk management, as well as strong knowledge of procurement and commercial functions.
- Ability to positively interact with different partners, including senior management and leadership, working in different fields and with different culture environments.
- Deep knowledge of contract management software and systems, as well as a thorough understanding of business guidelines and policies.
