Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global HR Organization Design Specialist to join our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by designing and implementing effective HR processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global job structure that aligns with our business strategy
  • Design and roll out a global position management system that supports our organizational goals
  • Develop and implement a global process for organizational design in Workday that ensures seamless integration with our existing systems
  • Develop and roll out job profiles globally that support our business objectives
  • Continuously evaluate and improve our organizational structure to ensure it remains aligned with our business needs
  • Provide strategic HR advice to global leaders on organizational development and change management
  • Support the integration of new businesses and teams through Merger & Acquisition activities
  • Contribute to various cross-functional global HR projects that drive business growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field with a focus on Human Resources
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Organization Design in an international context
  • Proven expertise in process and project management
  • Excellent communication and intercultural skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
  • Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being an asset
  • Experience with Workday is highly desirable
