Wind Turbine Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Wind Turbine Project Manager to join our team at Omexom Renewable Energies Offshore GmbH.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical planning and implementation of offshore wind projects, working closely with our international teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the energy transition and shape the future of renewable energy.
Your Key Responsibilities- Lead the development, planning, and execution of offshore wind projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
- Manage technical work packages from contract negotiations to handover to the operating party.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary teams, scheduling, and budget control.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are upheld throughout all project phases.
- Participate in industry-specific working groups and research projects.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in electrical engineering, wind energy technology, industrial engineering, or mechanical engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in infrastructure or energy projects.
- Profound technical knowledge of large electrical/mechanical systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Fluent German and English language skills.
