**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Audiologist Assistant to join our team in Cloppenburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, conducting hearing tests, and providing personalized solutions to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide service-oriented sales and consultation services to our customers, conducting hearing tests and offering tailored solutions.
• Implement our sales routines with excellence and ensure optimal processes in our store to deliver a unique customer experience.
• Support our customers in the maintenance of their hearing systems, advise on accessories, and build long-term customer relationships.
• Utilize our customer database to contact customers via phone and organize local marketing activities (market days and health fairs).
• As a data administrator, you will maintain customer information accurately and keep it up-to-date.
• Within the store organization, you will assist with deployment planning, manage the calendar, and oversee order and inventory management.

**Requirements:**

• You have successfully completed your training as a Hearing Specialist Assistant (m/w/d).
• You are customer-focused and enjoy sales and consultation work.
• You possess strong communication skills, persuasion abilities, and empathy.
• You enjoy working in a team and strive for common success.
• You are an organizational talent with high flexibility and a sense of responsibility.
