About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Strategic Programs & Events team as an iXp Intern. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to support the planning, execution, and follow-up activities of our internal events, including the global kick-off event for our developer community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the event team in planning, execution, and follow-up activities
  • Provide project management support, working closely with the event leads
  • Think and act quickly during event execution to help the team adapt to changes or obstacles
  • Take an active role in the workstreams by having your own area of responsibility
  • Schedule, facilitate, and document meetings with follow-ups, action items, and next steps
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred duration of internship: 6 months from February 2025 – July 2025
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and good German skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, MS Teams)
  • Highly flexible and able to work in a rapidly changing environment
