Job DescriptionAs a Strategic Programs & Events Intern, you will have the opportunity to directly support the team working on internal events, especially onsite. You will be responsible for supporting the event team from planning to execution, working closely with the event leads, and taking an active role in the workstreams by having your own area of responsibility.
Responsibilities- Support the event team from planning to execution
- Project management support, working closely with the event leads
- Think and act quickly during event execution to help the team adapt to changes or obstacles on the fly
- Take an active role in the workstreams by having your own area of responsibility
- Schedule, facilitate, and document meetings with follow-ups, action items, and next steps
- Currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred duration of internship and time frame: 6 months from February 2025 – July 2025
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and good German skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, MS Teams)
- Highly flexible, able to work and thrive in rapidly changing environment, able to handle uncertainty and frequent changes
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and in an interdisciplinary and diverse team
