Ihre Aufgaben

Als Head of Quality Assurance and Release bei der SCHOTT AG werden Sie Teil eines globalen Teams, das sich auf die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Qualitätsprozessen spezialisiert hat. Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Die Leitung der Abteilung Qualitätskontrolle und Freigabe, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Produkte und Prozesse den höchsten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen.
  • Die Definition und Implementierung von Qualitätsprozessen, die auf Richtlinien, Normen und internen Vorgaben basieren.
  • Die Etablierung und Aufrechterhaltung einer effizienten, digitalen Test- und Freigabestrategie, um die Produktqualität zu gewährleisten.
  • Das Erstellen und Review von Messmethodenbeschreibungen und abgeleiteten SOPs, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Prozesse transparent und nachvollziehbar sind.
  • Mitarbeit an funktionsübergreifenden Projekten zur Harmonisierung, Optimierung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Qualitätsprozessen und deren Schnittstellen.
  • Die Etablierung und Überwachung von harmonisierten Messmethoden und -anweisungen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Mitarbeiter auf dem neuesten Stand sind.
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation interner Audits mit Schwerpunkt der Anforderungen aus der ISO/ISO, sowie der internen SOPs.
  • Definition von Qualitätsmesswerkzeugen und Metrologie, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Messungen genau und zuverlässig sind.
  • Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Mitarbeiter ihre volle Potenziale entfalten können.
  • Technischer Support und Schulungen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Mitarbeiter auf dem neuesten Stand sind.
Ihr Profil

Um erfolgreich in dieser Position zu sein, benötigen Sie:

  • Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in Bereich Qualitätskontrolle und/ oder Qualitätsmanagement, bevorzugt in der Pharma-/Pharmazuliefererindustrie.
  • Erfahrung mit der Implementierung und Pflege von Standards und Prüfmethoden.
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich optischer und mechanischer Prüfverfahren mit Anwendungsbezug auf Glas und Kunststoffe und elektronischer Freigabeprozesse.
  • Abgeschlossenes ingenieur-/naturwissenschaftliches Studium.
  • Erfahrung im Führen von Mitarbeitern.
  • Erfahrung in funktionsübergreifenden Projekten sind von Vorteil.
  • Englisch und Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift.
