Job Title: MCC Senior Coordinator (Maintenance Control Center)

Location: Germany

Duration: Up to 18 months or Permanent

Hours: 173 hours per month (4 days on, 4 days off rotation)

Job Summary:

VHR Global Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our team in Germany. This role involves working within a Maintenance Control Center (MCC) environment, focusing on line maintenance for a diverse fleet of aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and coordinate real-time maintenance activities for a fleet of aircraft, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of technical issues during line maintenance operations.
  • Communicate effectively with flight crews, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to manage and resolve any maintenance discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with German and EU aviation safety regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to line maintenance personnel as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the fleet.

Requirements:

  • Must have the legal right to work in the EU. For permanent workers, visa sponsorship may be available.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an MCC role, preferably with exposure to the specified aircraft types.
  • Strong knowledge of line maintenance operations and relevant aviation safety regulations within the German and EU contexts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
