We are seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our team at NXT YOU GmbH, an innovative and forward-thinking company that develops modern SaaS platforms and backend systems for businesses of all sizes.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity to work on impactful and innovative projects as a Backend Developer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust backend systems using NodeJS (with NestJS) or Laravel, depending on the project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable backend systems with optimal performance and reliability.
  • Design and implement APIs and backend services to support frontend applications and third-party integrations.
  • Collaborate with the frontend team to deliver seamless end-to-end functionality.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases to ensure efficient data handling and storage.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Backend Developer with expertise in NodeJS (preferably with NestJS) or Laravel.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
  • Proficiency in working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
  • Experience with backend performance optimization and security best practices.
