Full-Stack Developer with Frontend and Backend Expertise

Tasks- Design and implement modern, user-friendly frontend applications using frameworks like ReactJS and VueJS.
- Build robust, scalable, and secure backend systems using Laravel and NodeJS.
- Collaborate with the product team to translate user requirements into fully functional features.
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for smooth communication between frontends and backends.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest frameworks, libraries, and industry trends, and integrate them into our development practices.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards and mentor junior developers.
- Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack efficiently.
- Work closely with designers to ensure the UI/UX vision is brought to life.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to challenge the status quo and find creative solutions.
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a strong focus on ReactJS, VueJS, Laravel, and NodeJS.
- Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Experience with backend frameworks and databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
