Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at eschbach GmbH. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire financial accounting process, including accounts receivable and payable, as well as managing one team member.

• Develop and implement efficient financial processes and controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Coordinate and manage financial processes between Germany and the USA, maintaining close contact with tax advisors in both countries.
• Develop and implement efficient controlling mechanisms, particularly for our project controlling.
• Ensure that data is more than just numbers, and have the talent to visualize data clearly, whether through the creation of Excel reports, Power BI dashboards and charts, or presentations using PowerPoint and other tools.
• Introduce digital tools to automate and optimize finance, controlling, and reporting processes.

• Proficient in accounting standards according to HGB and IAS/IFRS.
• Experience with US GAAP and working in an international environment between Germany and the USA.
• Accounts receivable and payable are among your areas of expertise.
• Highly knowledgeable about ERP/accounting software and possess excellent Excel skills.
• Experience in project controlling, ideally in the tech, consulting, or service industries.
• Data visualization with BI solutions or Excel is your thing.
• The digitalization of processes in finance and controlling is a welcome challenge for you.
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in both English and German.
