Finance and Controlling Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Controlling Manager to join our team at eschbach GmbH in Bad Säckingen. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the financial accounting process, including accounts receivable and payable, as well as leading a team member.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Accounting: Manage the entire financial accounting process, including accounts receivable and payable, and lead a team member.
- International Financial Management: Coordinate and manage financial processes between Germany and the USA, maintaining close contact with tax advisors in both countries.
- Controlling Routines: Develop and implement efficient controlling mechanisms, particularly for our project controlling.
- Data Analysis and Preparation: Ensure that data is more than just numbers, and have the talent to visualize data clearly.
- Digitalization and Automation: Introduce digital tools to automate and optimize finance, controlling, and reporting processes.
- Proficient in accounting standards according to HGB and IAS/IFRS.
- Experience with US GAAP and international environment between Germany and the USA.
- Accounts receivable and payable expertise.
- Highly knowledgeable about ERP/accounting software and excellent Excel skills.
- Experience in project controlling, ideally in the tech, consulting, or service industries.
- Data visualization with BI solutions or Excel.
- Initial leadership experience is an advantage.
