Your Role

As an IT Architect for TrainIT systems, you will play a crucial role in designing and integrating solutions for our customers. You will work closely with project participants from different departments, external suppliers, customers, and be responsible for the overall architecture of the TrainIT systems in the vehicle and beyond.

Your Responsibilities

  • Clarify and coordinate interfaces between individual systems (OSI layer of an interface).
  • Create release planning for software deliveries and support system integration.
  • Support change management process and flexible reaction to change requests.

Your Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.
  • Several years of professional experience in an IT environment, responsible for complex architectures and their interfaces.
  • Linux knowledge, as well as network knowledge (Ethernet, routing, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
  • Knowledge of agile software development is an advantage.
  • Very good command of written and spoken English and German.
